Booked appointment on-line the day before and received confirmation email. Also received call from Canuck Towing office the next morning stating 'the driver will be there between 9:00 and 9:30 am'. It is now 10:45 and no truck as arrived. In spite of a call to the Canuck office and another promise that the driver would be right here, no one has arrived. Major inconvenience as time taken off work. Not satisfactory. Even a call to explain or set new time would have been better than just sitting, waiting and wondering.
